Titanic Twitter

Of course someone had to Tweet in real time the Titanic disaster. Like everything else on Twitter, I've found it pretty dull for the most part (that's a lot of posting about lunch), but I'd imagine it's gonna start getting interesting right...about... now.

(Yeah, I know. Still hate Twitter. But this seems so ridiculous to me that I'll post it.)

  • Message received from Caronia regarding possible bergs, growlers and field ice. Nothing to be concerned about.
  • I have messaged the SS Noordam back thanking them for the ice report. Given the ship's integrity I am not particularly concerned.
  • More ice reports from other ships, the number and frequency is really starting to add up.
