"Hey, look, Cape Guy is back in town!"

I love how this entire long article's basic boils down to, "Hey, look, there's a guy on campus who wears a cape! EVERY DAY!"

An old roommate of mine knows this guy and mentioned he'd moved back into town again the other day.
