Something ooooooooooold

"Princess Anne is still wearing the dress she wore to Diana and Charles' 1981 wedding. That means she's
wearing the same dress at ages 57 and age 30. And, as Ann wisely points out, the dress didn't get any better looking, either.
I found it interesting that so many of the commentors on the BBC site praise her frugality. In the U.S., that article would have turned into a dogfight with people screaming about "who cares about one dress when the royals are getting all our $$ for doing nothing?" and pointing out that rewearing one dress is nothing considering the richness of the rest of her life."
