Um, DUH!

"My 6-year-old daughter "loves" Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus. At first I was relieved that there was an actual celebrity that she could look up to -- Miley seemed "normal." This made me realize that no celebrity is "normal." (From a Washington Post chat.)

Stop thinking your daughters ought to look up to STRANGERS, EVEN IF THEY ARE PRETTY TEENS WHO HAVE TELEVISION AND RECORD CONTRACTS.
