I was reading through your past posts. Have you figured out how to rib yet?

I read that article the other day which was how I was at all familiar with percentage knitting in chat yesterday. I love the idea of being able to make a sweater out of any yarn with any needles for any person. It feels like the first step of being able to design my own.

I'm working on my first sweater right now. It's from a book by Debbie Bliss full of baby knits. I'm making a little cardigan and hat set for my year old nephew. I decided to use some Lion Brand Homespun because I love the way it feels, but it is a pain in the butt to work with. So here I am after 3 rows, online instead of working on it. I suck.

It's not much fun right now, but when I'm done it's going to be so soft and pretty. I'm going to hate to give it away, I'm sure.
