So, I did sell at WEF this year, for one day. It was a lot more pleasant than usual, I think. I didn't sit there from 8-6 (went off for a few hours at the start), sat with cool people. And tried not to take it very seriously.
I sold about three necklaces, one $8 and one $12, and everything else was the chunky glass pendants out of the "$5 and under" bin I set up. One bracelet sold out of there too, but the rest was all pendants that nobody's wanted for years. Well, they do if they're a dollar, apparently.
Total for one day: $51. Not bad at all under the circumstances.
I think all I will bother to do next year, since The World Will Still Suck And Everyone Will Be Even Broker and all, is just to make more cheap pendants for a dollar. And not knock myself out on necklaces or earrings so much. Might as well, eh?
