Check this MASSIVE-ass inflatable screen they showed HP3: the movie on. Awesome.
I do have to say it was very cool to be lying around in the road watching a movie.
Here's the start of The Line, around 11:30ish.
I got cozy in a seat at the bistro next door because I was #262 and it was gonna take awhile.
5...4...3...2...1....HAPPY NEW YEAR! Er... happy new book, that is.
I managed to get it JUST as the lights went on. Note the guy waving his arms about on the side.
I love it when I see someone walking around reading immediately.
Though even I don't do that. At least, not in the dark with a hardback book, on the way home ALSO through the dark.
Look, there's Kirsten Dunst and she works at this bookstore!
But seriously, this girl close up looked a LOT like her. Except obviously, KD wouldn't be caught dead in this town.
At 12:15, they said, "Oh, what the hell, EVERYONE get in line!"
So, there I am. In the line. Er, taking the pic, not IN it.
And finally, I found kids (the other one I couldn't get in a shot) reading in the street on the way home.
These kids today, doing drugs...er, reading books out on the street corners!
